DISASTER RESTORATION & REMEDIATION COMPANY

Virus-Clean Virgin Islands provides virus and bacteria (yes, including Coronavirus) cleaning, disinfection, fogging, and sanitization services in the United States and British Virgin Islands and throughout the Caribbean. Since 2011, Virus-Clean Virgin Islands (and sister company Virgin Breeze Environmental Solutions; The Mold Remediation company here in the Virgin Islands) has provided bio-hazard remediation services such as the microbial remediation of mold, fungi, and viruses. We use CDC and EPA-approved industrial strength disinfectant products with broad spectrum kill claims to eliminate viruses, in both our air fogging machines, and during wipe down cleaning.

Among the steps that Virus-Clean Virgin Islands is taking to ensure that our government, commercial, and residential clients will receive immediate and uninterrupted service to reduce risk of liability and risk of infection includes maintaining a highly-trained team of technicians, a large inventory of antimicrobial chemicals that are EPA-registered to kill Human Coronavirus, personal protective equipment (PPE), and air fogging (decontamination) machines.

What Our Customers Are Saying

RESPOND: Virus-Clean Virgin Islands will respond by organizing the Emergency Biohazard Response Team and collecting preliminary information regarding the project. This stage will include opening a project file so that our team can properly document and upload information to Virus-Clean Virgin Islands’ cloud once we arrive to the affected location. Additionally, Virus-Clean Virgin Islands will obtain the preliminary information in order to deploy the resources needed to begin remediation in a timely manner.

ASSESS: Upon arriving to the scene, the Field Supervisor will work with you in order to assess the site. At this stage, the Field Supervisor will assess any and all safety concerns and begin mitigation protocols to minimize further spread or cross-contamination.

SANITIZE: Virus-Clean Virgin Islands’ Emergency Biohazard Response Team will begin the sanitization process by air fogging a virucide solution that is EPA-registered to kill Human Coronavirus. Air fogging disinfects and kills Human Coronavirus both on surfaces and in the air. Our team will then perform a wipe down with the virucide solution for customers who ordered either HEAVY or INDUSTRIAL Cleaning. This will include a thorough wipe down of all surfaces and furniture (drawers, door handles, phones, etc.). Customers who ordered INDUSTRIAL CLEANING will also be provided with air fogging and wipe down of all A/C vents.

DRYING: Once Virus-Clean Virgin Islands has performed the sanitization; the site should be left uninhabited for 2-3 hours to allow for proper drying. At this point, it will be safe for humans and animals to return to the property.

Before we can begin placing machines, equipment, and containment in the property to mitigate the the property owner to perform our services on the property, as well as authorization to communicate with your insurance company for purposes of having payment directed to us if you are making an insurance claim.

2. Damage Assessment

Once the property owner has signed our work authorization, we will begin by taking photographs of the property, and employing a range of tests to assess the source of the damage. Once our assessment is complete, we will develop a plan of action to mitigate further damage. This includes assessing any safety hazards and mitigating those risks, as well as isolating damaged areas with containment.

We will be visiting the property regularly to record moisture levels, perform moisture mapping, and ensure that the the restoration process is going according to plan.
